Glenwood House is a serene sanctuary in the heart of Irelands Ancient East. Providing peace and comfort, with either a one bed apartment or three bed home, our property is the perfect place for a quiet getaway whether you're a couple, family, group or even solo travelers.

No matter what you're interests you'll find an experience for you nearby. History lovers will enjoy the ruins dotted around the local area as well as the short distance to sites like the Hill of Tara, Dowth, Newgrange. More modern sites like Slane castle and Bellinter House, are both popular wedding venues but also offer a wonderful experience for visitors.  Nature lovers will find plenty of forest walks in the area and experienced walkers and cyclists will be able to enjoy much of the Boyne Valley Greenway.

If you don't feel like cooking at the property we're only a short trip away from Navan where you will find a wealth of restaurants of various cuisines and a vibrant nightlife in some of the traditional and eclectic bars and pubs in the area. Visitors may even be able to take in a play or art show at the local Solstice Art Centre. Rather go to Dublin for an evening? Make use of the regular bus services that travel down to the city by leaving your car at Garlow Cross park and ride for free.
